The Gutenberg Template Library in Redux was upgraded in v4.3.0. If you would like to access the old version of the library (in the Redux plugin prior to v4.3.0), you can!
In order to enable the legacy library, follow these steps:
1) Go to Settings -> Redux in the left side navigation of your WordPress admin
2) Click on the ‘Templates’ tab, check the ‘load legacy Redux template library’ box, and save changes.
3) You will now have access to the old Redux library in your editor by clicking the ‘Templates’ button.
